We realize that most manufacturers today are involved with an ISO or QS quality system. One of the major steps in these quality programs is to insure that all products and tooling items are traceable through their manufacturing processes. At Performedge, we accomplish this with our order number that follows the tool from the beginning of the reconditioning process to the end. We believe that a reconditioned tool should look and perform like new. That's why each tool is repackaged in a new tube with a new label clearly identifying the tool number, lot number, and that the tool is reconditioned.
